"Yo, México" gets the award from the Themed Entertainment Association: the "THEA Award for Outstanding Achievement".

Ordered by the Mexican Government and its Ministry of Education in 2010, the show was designed by Les Petits Français and produced by CREA (Creatividad y Espectáculos from CIE group).

This show celebrating the centenary of the Mexican Revolution got an honour of excellence.

For 90 minutes, “Yo, México” invites public to travel poetically in time, to go through the tremendous cultural wealth of Mexico, offering a thought on the Mexican current society and the place of the individual in a so much contrasted country.

Prodigious technical and human means:
   - 4 stages and 3 towers that discreetly housed the lighting, projection, mist, flames and pyrotechnic equipments
   - More than 300 artists, more than 1.400 costumes and 600 accessories
   - More than 12.000 m2 of moving images
   - 55 video projectors (20.000 lumens) to project 270° images onto the façades around the square
   - 12 high-resolution (18.000 lumens) video projectors for 12 tulle screens measuring 9 X 4.5 meters
   - A 360° pyrotechnic display, more than 50 flame generators
